It's easy to feel helpless in this humanitarian catastrophe. But together, we are united. Together, we can make a real difference for a struggling family. We may not be able to change the world, but together we can bring about a change that someone in this world needs.

There is no opportunity yet for her and her family to leave the area. They are restricted, and are forced to stay in the war zone, yet also forced to relocate often. It's a mess.

Because she can't leave, it's best for us to donate often over time, like on a weekly or monthly basis, rather than with one large amount. She and I agreed that regular donations (of any amount) will be more beneficial for her and her family's survival, as this is an ongoing issue and a continuing need for support.
