A Much Needed Update

Because of your donations, Maryam and her family were able to afford transportation, fleeing southward with a truckload of the bare minimum. They are weary after the 12-hour drive and from being homeless once again. They are currently staying in a place where they are not wanted, and it seems their only option left is to live in a tent in the desert. But they cannot afford the price of a tent and a portable bathroom. Such items cost $1,500. Maybe they are safer, for now, but still they struggle to live.

On behalf of Maryam and her family, I thank you all for your ongoing support. They would not have been able to make it this far if it weren't for our donors. But it is not yet over for them, so please think of them when you can.
